Nitrofurazone is bactericidal for many gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria causing disease in fresh water and salt water fish. This antibacterial is effective for control of Aeromonas, Vibrio and related species. Nitrofurazone is particularly useful for control of minor topical skin infections of salt water fish that have not become systemic (internal).

Dosage rates?
100 mg/L for 30 Minutes
10 mg/L for 6-12 hrs, repeat as needed.
